Possibly the worst WWF game you can find.

European Rampage Tour is probably the worst WWF game of its time that you can find.

I started off with the Amiga version, and it's just an annoying disk changing game that becomes irritating, having to swap between 3 disks all the time. Once you finally get into a match, the graphics are passable for 1992 on Amiga, but they really could've been a lot better. It almost looks like a NES game.

You can select between 4 characters of Randy Savage, The Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, and Bret Hart. Tag teams only. The legion of Doom and Nasty Boys are opponents only.

The controls are terrible, almost unresponsive, and only 1 button does anything. The double direction taps work half the time, and I'd hate to have spent any money to play this game.

The AI is not adjustable and becomes more about timing to actually land a hit.

The only thing the amiga version has over the others is snippets of a short looping audio of entrance theme music.

The Amiga version I give 1 star.

The DOS version at least doesn't require changing disks to boot, then to play, then to select a character, then to play, then do it all over again. However, there's no entrance music. No big deal, it still plays the same way, looks the same, and is just as terrible in every way when it comes to controls response and action.

There's no fun to be had in this game. It's amazing that Ocean distrubted 2 WWF games in 1992, and comparing the 2 is almost a joke. The other, titles Wrestlemania, looks better, feels a bit better, and plays a lot better. It really shows who the better company was between Arc Development and Twighlight.

This game can be found on abandondware websites to play legally for free through emulation, but in my honest opinion, don't bother with this one. There's nothing worthy to check out, and it's not even close to being a lost gem to discover from the past.
