Tír na nÓg is a term from Irish mythology and it refers to another world. Unfortunately for me, when I first saw "Tir Nan Og", I though it was this 2003 film--though it turns out that the 2003 film and 2008 film of the same names have almost nothing to do with each other. Who would have thought there would have been TWO films with such an unusual title?!

This 2003 film appears to be an amateur film--albeit a very nicely made one and with nice child acting. It begins with a mother doing some chores while her baby sits nearby on the lawn. Suddenly, a fairy appears and steals the baby!! Some time passes. The same mother now has another child--a daughter who appears to be about 7. Suddenly, the same fairy appears and steals this child as well!! What is this kid going to do and what will she do when she finds her still baby sibling? See the film and enjoy--particularly the odd twist ending.
