Unlike Lucille Bluth, Arrested Development executive producer Brian Grazer does understand the question, and he will respond to it.
Nearly two months after Grazer confirmed a fifth season of the cult comedy, he revealed that the new episodes will likely hit Netflix in mid-2016.

Moore, who will soon be seen on the big screen in the Sundance feature Dope, will be playing Shaolin Fantastic, while Smith, who is in this summer’s Paper Towns, will play Ezekiel. Brown Jr. will make his acting debut on the series by playing Boo-Boo, while Brooks, who was one of the two leads in The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete, will play Ra-Ra.

Arrested Development fans, if you want more from the Bluth family, you are in luck. A fifth season of the Emmy-winning comedy series is reportedly in the works, according to the show’s executive producer, Brian Grazer, and it will be even more episodes than the show’s most recent fourth season. During an interview with The B.S. Report (one that you can watch below—Grazer discusses Arrested Development around the 24-minute mark), the show’s host, Bill Simmons, discussed the success of other series that Grazer has produced, such as 24 and, most recently, Empire, before touching on Arrested Development. When asked about what he thought of the comedy series and its success, Grazer confirmed that a fifth season of the show is in the works at Netflix. “We’re gonna do another 17 episodes,” Grazer told Simmons during the interview. “So stay tuned for Arrested Development.” Arrested Development ran for...

Is Arrested Development returning for another season? If series co-creator and co-executive producer Brian Grazer is to be believed, the answer is a firm yes. Appearing on Bill Simmons’ B.S. Report Podcast, (recorded during South By Southwest but only released today), Grazer claimed that the series is going to return with all new episodes, and rather soon. “We’re going to do another 17 episodes, so stay tuned for more Arrested Development,” Grazer says around the 24:36…...

Since the release of its fourth season, Arrested Development's future has been uncertain. Will the beloved comedy return to Netflix? Will its creators make the movie they once talked about? What actually happened to Lucille Two? If a recent interview with series' executive producer is to be believed, we will soon have answers to all of these questions. During an episode of Bill Simmons' B.S. Report podcast, Brian Grazer said “We’re going to do another 17 episodes. So, stay tuned for Arrested Development.”
Uproxx, which first noted Grazer's remark, commented that Simmons doesn't seem to be at all interested in Grazer's Ad bomb. Instead, the Grantland founder steers the conversation back to the Grazer-produced Empire. You can see for yourself--the brief Arrested Development sidebar happens 24:30 into the B.S. Report episode.
Grazer's comment is the latest in what has been a bread crumb trail of hints related to season five of Arrested Development.

It looks like the fifth season of beloved sitcom "Arrested Development" is finally happening, albeit some time after the revived show's fourth season aired back in May 2013 on Netflix.
B.S. Report recently spoke with executive producer Brian Grazer who confirmed that seventeen new episodes are on the way, though it's not indicated if all of them will be a part of one season or potentially split between several due to cast availability. Grazer says:
"I love Arrested Development, but it was never a huge thing. But people are loyal to it, and we're going to do another 17 episodes. So stay tuned for Arrested Development."
Grazer reportedly wouldn't elaborate on a production schedule or confirm if Netflix will carry the fifth season like the way it did the fourth. Nor is there any word on the format the show will take beyond the episode count.

Are the Bluths coming back for more? Arrested Development executive producer Brian Grazer told Bill Simmons on the B.S. We're going to do another 17 episodes, so stay tuned for Arrested Development." However, it is unclear if Netflix will be involved with the new season. Grazer did not mention the streaming service in his interview, and the company declined to comment on the new

Following the return of the Bluth family to our screens with 2013’s Netflix-backed revival of Arrested Development, things have been awfully quiet. There has been mild chatter of the company wanting more, but nothing concrete has emerged about a new batch of episodes of the spin-off movie that the fourth series was initially supposed to set up. Now producer Brian Grazer has spoken on Grantland’s B.S. Report to suggest more is headed our way at last. “I love Arrested Development, but it was never a huge thing,” Grazer says. “But people are loyal to it, and we’re going to do another 17 episodes. So stay tuned for Arrested Development.” And that’s all he says. No dates, no comment from creator Mitch Hurwitz or any of the cast, nada. Not even a loose seal. Still, Grazer has often been a big cheerleader for more from the show, talking about...
