- A prostitute is seen with her navel revealed and she alludes to performing sexual acts in dialogue.

- In one level, a prisoner is kicked and punched repeatedly by guards.
- The entire game is filled with violence and gore. But most of the times, players are told to avoid violence against non-targets. Targets can be strangled with fiber wire, shot, have their throats slit with knives, blown up by bombs, or poisoned.
- A Russian KGB Officer is looking at a man, whose face is repeatedly bashed on a wooden desk.
- People can be shot down. Blood splatters on the walls and floor.
Profanity

- Sikh people are called by one character 'Towelheads' (Referencing thier holy - 'Pagdi' cloth worn in their heads). This line was cut from later versions of the game.
