Derman (Cure & Power): An epic winter tale
akutay26 November 2023
Plot summary covers a lean and mean summary!

A period movie worths to care. Free from any FX & CGI at mid 1980s'but natural simulation-like avalanche scenes with the breath taking winter panorama around Agri ( a.k.a Ararat) mountain high! A reputed masterpiece from a famous Director (Serif Goren) in the early post coup military junta regime with severe censor sanctions! Ethnicity and sociological panorama is elaborated with delicate filters of Directora smart but very artistic style. Four legendary actress/actors lifted the beam high but tne collaboration of natives retained the impact! Not only a good movie but a reference for history and human life in Eastern Turkiye.
