The legal wrangling over the It's Showtime at the Apollo syndicated TV series is coming to an end. The former distributor of the show, Western International Syndication, has dropped the lawsuit it filed last year against Heritage Networks after Heritage was awarded distribution rights to the show by the Apollo Theater Foundation. Apollo executive director David Rodriguez confirmed Monday that the foundation is in settlement talks with Western and fellow plaintiff Inner City Theater Group.
