This movie is about the building and failed opening of a bridge, due to societal and political nonsense. The bridge is built, once ready people enjoy it, politicians and officials show up, close the bridge, a big party is held where someone is supposed to cut the red tape, fails at it and finally blows up the tape and the bridge with it.
Not the best, not the worst I've seen and if you don't like it, it only wastes a few minutes of your time. It reminded me of those short movies, that are played in subways. The animation is simple and mostly black on white. I wouldn't recommend seeing it, it's just not that special.
