- The majority of the movie is based around a man having unprotected sex with lesbians to impregnate them for money.
- A woman walks around in lingerie. Her butt cheeks are exposed.
- A man and woman have sex against the wall. They are partially clothed. The man's bare butt is exposed.
- A man is asked to strip and drop his underwear several woman can see him naked. We see his bare butt and possibly a dark outline of his penis for split second.
- Several women remove their clothes and their full breasts are exposed.
- A prolonged movie scene with the camera cutting to a man sleeping with a different woman, back to back. The scenes increase in sexual nature. Moaning, sex, and nudity are shown.
- Two woman are having sexual relations. Both are naked and one woman is lying down while the other woman is sitting on top of her, "riding" her. They are both moaning intensely but they are interrupted.
- Two women kiss and appear to have sex on the kitchen counter. One woman is the counter while the other is standing between her legs and they both moan intensely.
- A woman gives birth to a child and an actual vagina (along with labia) is shown as the baby is delivered. This is a closeup of an actual vaginal delivery.
- Another woman gives birth and her genitals are shown, however is not as graphic as the previous birth. Her pubic area is shown and the baby coming from the vagina is shown, but not as close up and not with a lot of light.
