- The sexual content here is never very graphic, but there is some rear nudity and cleavage shown, and a lot of sexual stuff that is either offscreen or implied. Also, there is frequent sexual dialogue, though very similar to the show, except slightly worse on average.
- Quagmire calls his Winnebago a "Wanna Bang-Oh".
- In a cutaway, Peter puts his hand up a woman's bra and says "lemme just feel that one". No nudity is shown, but the woman is clearly uncomfortable.
- While drunk, Lois falls onto her hands and knees and tells Peter to "Get on".
- Stu and a woman are seen in bed after sex. The woman is very unsatisfied and Stu asks if he should pay her.
- Stewie is seen shaving his pubic region, but only his butt is shown.
- On several occasions, Stewie is shown naked, but no full frontal nudity.
- Lois briefly remarks that she wants something to suck on.
- Stu and Stewie read "The Joy Of Sex" and make remarks on what they are reading.
- We briefly see Stewie in some photos. He is naked, wearing several costumes in sexual positions and his bare butt is shown.

- Someone is annoying Stewie in an elevator and we see him getting angrier. When the elevator opens, blood is splattered all over the elevator and the man's body twitches.
- Lois hits her head on a trashcan.
- Stewie tries to kill a young boy by blowing up the lifeguard tower, it collapses on Stewie and he goes to Hell and then he then wakes up and is alive.
- Stewie hits Brian in the face with a newspaper.
- During a cartoon, Bugs Bunny is shot many times and then has his neck broken.
- Chris is tied up, standing in a tub of water and then is electrocuted.
- A glass explodes into someone's eyes.
- It is implied that a boy was hit by a car.

Sex & Nudity
- At the beginning, a woman dry humps a guy's leg. Not very graphic, but it's kind of suggestive.
- Peter rants about a specific video store not having adult videos. His rant can get pretty explicit, but it does not go on for a long time.
- There's a sequence where Stewie finds out that his future self is a virgin, and tries to encourage him to have sex with his coworker. When Stu is embarrassingly reluctant, Stewie yells "Wanna have sex"? in the background, causing Stu's coworker to think Stu said that, and says that she wants to. The sex scene is never shown, but later his coworker laments the experience, saying that he cried for 40 minutes after 8 seconds of sex.
- A sub-plot involves Peter and Lois teaching Chris and Meg about dating and romance. There is some sexual content in the sub-plot, but nothing graphic.
- Peter role plays with Lois in the garden as Spider-Man. Peter, dressed as Spider-Man, climbs on a wire towards Lois, and then the two make out and are about to have sex. However, they are then interrupted by Chris and Meg before anything more than making out happens, and Chris and Meg think that they are fighting.
