This is a short animated film about a group of slackers who work for a local Australian municipality in an office concerned with trees on public property. The animation looks like claymation but could be CGI--I couldn't tell.
At first the film is pretty likable, as the overinflated sense of self-importance held about the job is pretty funny. He behaves like they are a top-notch unit who ensure a better world, while in reality they are a bunch of inefficient dolts. The problem with the film, though, is that this is the entire joke and seeing the people in this office talk and talk about their mundane job becomes rather tiresome. It's a cute idea that really seemed a bit over-long, though I did like the animation and story idea.
