  • A woman walks and the man wrapping a towel around himself, accidentally seeing his privates. They comment on this several times. Nothing explicit is shown.
  • A big and seemingly somewhat dimwitted thug tells Slevin that even if the Virgin Mary came in with a "fine ass" and her "t*tties" hanging out, and if Slevin said he was Jesus, they'd still have to take him (Slevin) in to see their boss.
  • Replying to something else, a man says he'd say anything a man with two penises would answer to his tailor about hanging to the right or left: "Yes."
  • A man is having sex with a woman (rear entry intercourse showing movement, his bare butt, her bare breasts and we hear sexual sounds) and they stop when they're discovered. There's later talk of a woman who gave him a "hand job" and a joke, "That's why we called her Jerkin' Perkins."

Two men go to his apartment and he is punched in face with an already bloody broken nose leaving him to have the cut on his nose throughout the whole entire movie.
  • A grown man tied up and he's punched hard in the gut (his face is also bloody and another man may be dead). He begs for his family to be spared. The kidnappers get a bag and smothers him to death.
  • A bloody corpse is seen in an apartment a few times. Four corpses are seen in total, one with a large puddle of the abdomen wound, another zipped from a body bag with a snapped neck. Two of another are shot to death.
