Le trou was another of Piotr Kamler's fascinatingly abstract animated shorts

Warning: Spoilers
Just watched on YouTube another of Piotr Kamler's abstractly animated shorts as linked from the comments section of Cartoon Brew under the heading of one of the animation director's other films. This one is a little easier to understand than many of Kamler's others as this one has a white ball encountering a hole in the ground. That ball then takes a line out of itself, attaches it to a tree branch, and takes a red ball out that hole. It then takes the red out of that ball-in fact, the entire red ball's being-and becomes red itself as that other ball's hole disappears. Then another hole suddenly appears on the other side as the now-red ball goes inside it. Then, a white ball appears to go near that hole...What I just described is pretty much the whole short which has the word "etc." instead of "The End" following that. Quite amusing and-in just 2 minutes-to the point. So on that note, if you're interested in these artistic endeavors, I highly recommend Le trou.
