This DVD has some great interviews and behind the scene footage of Chimaira, as they work stuff out with the music, the tour and each other. The metal is hard and heavy, and not seeing the band live yet, the performances give merit to a live show, though I'm sure, not completely. There's plenty of extras that come with the DVD, including a CD with their first EP and all their videos...These guys from Cleveland know how to rock, and they live a great lifestyle, but after three new drummers in the span of one tour, the band certainly experiences some trouble along the way. It's a pretty long DVD, but if you're a fan of metal and the band, it should suffice quite suitably. Lamb of God and Chimaira are the two newest and most brutal bands out there that stick to their metal roots, and the DVD shows the latter ripping it up in various shows. The LOG DVD should be out soon, which will definitely need to be attained if you like hard rock/ metal. The stage presence of Chimaira was cool, but I think they'd be even more brutal if they didn't choreograph their guitar swinging/pumping, and just head-bang like mothers. Either way, who the $u&* am I to say, their rich, I'm not. Cool metal DVD, worth buying if you like heavy stuff. Great live show to catch.
