wow... anyone who has seen Marillion in the last 10 years, will know, that the Marbles tour was very special.. It captured the live essence of what is in my opinion the best album Marillion they have ever released - Marbles.
The show open's up with the incredible - The Invisible Man, and we quickly get into the swing of things, with most of the album played live. Hogarth era' classics such as The Party, which hasn't been played for quite some time live, are just wonderful to watch. Fish era fans will be disappointed, as there are no Fish-era songs performed.. Which personally I think is a good thing.. Marillion are an ever-evolving band, not wanting to be stuck in yesteryear.
Shot with 15 different Camera's and mixed in 5.1 sound, this is an essential DVD for any Marillion fan, or even anyone who appreciates good music.
