(at around 14 mins) When Claire first visits Eric, Eric tells Claire he's a VP at Kahane-Drake, a brokerage firm. Nathan Kahane and Joseph Drake are the executive producers of the film.
The license plates used in the film feature the slogan "Beautiful Evergreen State", a combination of the license plate slogan of British Columbia ("Beautiful British Columbia", where the movie was filmed), and the state nickname of Washington (The Evergreen State). This same plate was used in the 2017 Hallmark movie Garage Sale Mystery: The Beach Murder (2017).
While Claire Summers is not a psychiatrist, she may still be referred to as Doctor for receiving a doctorate in psychology. Given she's acquired a doctorate she would be called doctor, she's simply not gotten a medical degree and therefore could not write prescriptions like a psychiatrist could.
(at around 29 mins) When Eric runs out of his apartment irritated by barking dog, you can see a car parked next to his house. It's actually an old Russian "Zhiguli VAZ 2104" produced by VAZ car factory (Volzhski Avtomobilny Zavod) from the middle of '80 till present day.
