A leader of one advertising company use not so fine ways seen in traditional Chinese way to get the customers. A female leader of another company gets upset about that and complains to the advertising board.
Then a long charade starts and there is a lot of funny situations in the movie.
But all in all I would say this is a fairly average comedy seen now. I have seen better but also a lot worse. It is worth seeing if you happen to cross ways with it but it is not worth a longer search to see it.
