Sex & Nudity

- At least 12 different women are seen in a strip club topless with cut off short shorts and g-strings on. They are grinding on poles and on men and giving them lap dances. Their breasts are shown very long extended shots as well as their buttocks. They are arching their backs with close ups of their nipples and dancing sexually.
- In an extended scene of violence (see violence and gore) a man takes a topless woman and uses her as his shield. She is wearing only a g-string and her buttocks and breasts are clearly scene. Another topless woman jumps out to attack a man. Her breasts are also clearly scene and she is only wearing cut off shorts. The men are all wearing suits and completely covered.
- A woman takes a shower. Nothing is seen.
- Many (clothed) women are seen as hostesses of The Tournament, flirting with the male guests and entertaining them while they are making bets.
Violence & Gore

- Almost too many scenes to count; most often very gory. Included are bloody shootings, at least 3 headshots (a few of which show the backs of people's heads exploding messily), a few people explode into gory chunks, a woman's neck is broken, fingers are often cut off, a man gets set on fire, and many more gruesome violent scenes.
Profanity

- Considering who was playing and the nature of the game, the profanity could have been a lot worse. The language fit the situation reasonably.
- 25 uses of the f-word, sometimes used in a sexual manner, as well as other minor bad language.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Some smoking and drinking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A whole lotta people get blowed up real good... as the saying goes.
- A torture scene in a strip club is gruesome and quite intense.
- Many of the other action scenes throughout, especially the bus/truck chase, are fairly intense.
- When a dog gets shot (offscreen, but we then see its corpse a few times), some will probably be disturbed.
