For me it was kind of hard to get a grip from the beginning because there was nothing that would have explained who were the main characters and what was their goal and so on. This left the characters really shallow and the dialogue between the characters was something out of a bum disco. While there is some strong personality being displayed, it is done in a way that is truthful to human nature. I think it could use some editing to speed the pace a bit. The film is hard to watch at times and difficult to call enjoyable, but the story is still powerful. It is a powerful film, but I doubt I will ever want to watch it again.

'More Sexy Girls Next Door' & 'American Beauties' featured a format from Playboy I really enjoyed. Amateur material mixed with the professional from everyday ladies or models hoping to become Playmates. So I thought I'd give 'Sexiest Amateur Home Videos' a try. The video starts with familiar names and there's nice moments, but things didn't excite the way I wanted it to overall. An announcer takes you from start to finish.
"Alyssa Lovelace" leads things off at a horse ranch & gets topless. Inside she strips at a pool table as she talks about herself. She brings up her natural breasts as a selling point twice. Then bounces on a trampoline before getting in a pond of water (6.5 mins). "Jelena Jensen" begins on a bed for a chat before a strip down to nothing. In the kitchen a black bra gets popped with a little food play and more talk. In an office chair with glasses she looks quite sophisticated. No strip though. No sooner opened her shirt to reveal her bra that it cuts to her topless (6 mins).
Obvious common places to get naked are emerging as you can see. "Verneesha Shea" chats & strips down in her small kitchen. Many closeups highlight she's completely shaven. Next comes some time in the bathtub. A lot of focus goes to her kitty again. Finally in bed more zeroing in on her down below (8 mins). "Marissa Renee" pulls up in a convertible & gets topless in the drivers seat. On a sofa, she talks before it moves to a bed where she says her favorite body part is her big natural breasts. Poolside she gets naked in a chair and applies oil (6 mins).
"Anika Knudsen" goes from nude in the desert to naked in a pool then the outdoor jacuzzi. It ends with her in bed (7 mins). "Sasha Singleton" talks & strips in bed to start. Then on the floor in the kitchen before lastly in the bathtub (6 mins). "Liza Hartling" poses in a railyard against some pipes. Then a secluded rooftop parking garage where she strips while rollerblading. Finally nude at the beach including posing as waves crash on her then wet in a standup shower that really shows off her body (5.5 mins).
"Jessica Kershner" ditches her clothes in front of a fireplace. Then polishes a sportscar in the garage. Topless in the living room before the backyard pool at night (6 mins). "Giana Taylor" takes it off on a couch then to the bed before the requisite trip to the shower (4 mins). "Ashley Puida" has a shower. Strips bedside which really highlights her killer long legs. Especially when she puts them straight into the air (8 mins).
'Sexiest Amateur Home Videos' will appeal to a select audience. It must have been a success for Playboy because three sequels followed. The presentation of nonstop - sometimes grainy - home video wore me out. It's good in small doses, but I wish the professionally shot material from the ladies intros was shown too.
