Flipper is a dolphin who befriends a tribal boy called Lopaka. Lopaka has the ability to communicate with sea creatures. Together they must thwart the devious schemes of Dexter the octopus and his three assistant sharks and snake helper. This series focuses on the events involving a statue of Neptune and a portal which sends Flipper and Loapaka into an alternate universe. The statue has to be stopped from being taken out of the water or it will cause havoc. Each episode contains a minor plot that continues the main ongoing plot. The tribe live on an island and as well as Dexter they must face pirates searching for the statue.

I love this story! Lopaka is the best character in the world! Tell Gross to keep it coming!!!!! I just don't believe that Captain Crab fell for a fake trident twice!!!! Is his head hollow or something? I wish channel 7 would show the episodes in order!!!! Now I've seen the end, but not the beginning!!! I love the way Serge is the smart one of Dexter's gang, but is to scared to face Dexter!!! Bolo's voice really ticks me off though!!! I've noticed that nearly all of the characters voices are quiet different, event strange... but thats OK with me! I feel sorry for Ultra, she was taken away from her family. This show has stopped me from eating fish for some time... i don't know why. Who cares? I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
