Had fairly low expectations going into this film... but was pleasantly surprised ! Strangely, what drew me in was the use of "It's all over" by The Broken Family Band on the soundtrack... nicely atmospheric touch, I thought.. (along with the rest of the music in this film.) It's better than average in all departments than other movies I have come across of this type ( filmed in a similar setting).. it relies on various writing & filmmaking techniques to build suspense & menace, without the all too often, excessive use of blood & gore, (although there is some). Director ; actors; writers; cinematographer ... worth watching out for ! .. especially given the budget constraints they were most likely working with.
