Sex & Nudity

- King Kong the giant gorilla and other creatures in the game are naturally nude, but no genitals are seen. There are Natives on the island but all genitals are covered by leaf clothing.
Violence & Gore

- King fights giant creatures such as dinosaurs by punching and stomping them. He then performs finishing moves including stretching a dinosaurs jaw until it snaps.
- corpses of half eaten creatures can be seen with there gut ripped open and there rib cage sticking out
- You can also stab said creatures with sticks or bones you take from a corpse
- if it was just a tiny bit more detailed then it would surely get a m rating
- The game depicts of shooting dinosaurs and mutated creatures, little chunks of blood spray out of the creatures when shot
- When playing as King Kong you can kill the natives, but no blood or gore is seen, only ragdoll physics is shown, their body soon fades away after some time.

- Not much swearing is heard, some levels contain the words "Hell" "Crap "Oh my God" and only once in the game "Bastard"

- Suggested MPPA Rating: Rated R for violence, constant disturbing images and unsettling atmosphere
- When you fail to protect one of your team members from the T-Rex it shows them being eaten alive, the screen is faded red and scary humming music can be heard. The same occurs when you die.
- The game can become very intense while fighting large packs of dinosaurs and creatures.
- In some levels you are chased by a T-Rex type dinosaur which can be scary and intense at some points.
- The Natives on the island look very intimidating and mostly hide in the shadows.
- All the dinosaurs are intimidating, including yellow eyes and fast speed.
- Flying dinosaurs can swoop down on you which can be frightening some times.
- Mutated insects like centipedes can be scary to look at sometimes, the sound effects make it more intense.
