It's the big day for Madame Fanny and Ernest, the day of their wedding, but it's also the hiding place of the helium, needed to get the airmen our of the country.
The series finale always offers something different, and this certainly does that, it's another madcap, crazy episode. You'll notice how much shorter this series is compared to the last, I wonder why.
I don't know where to begin, it was bonkers as you'd expect. Several funny scenes, perhaps the best being General Von Klinkerhoffen's final vision. Ken Morley is good fun here.
Notable for being the last appearance of Ernest, and for Gavin Richardson.
7/10.
