When the lease on their church expires, Mary is pressured by everyone to have Lester's construction company move it to a new location, but it is stolen in the process.
This episode gets an extra point for being the most spiritual on my list of Classic TV Xmas episodes. The regulars are seen all praying on their knees with the Reverend at one point in Mary's apartment. Later, a black choir sings "Go Tell It On the Mountain". The cast puts on a pageant about the first Xmas with everyone all in costume. Mary gets in a good dig at Sandra's costume: "Talk about a fallen angel".
Not great, but better than the Season 4 Xmas offering of this series. 6/10.
