Near the end, as the team are in a shootout with the bad guys in their jeeps, Murdock begins by firing his gun out of the main side door of the van, destroying one of the jeeps. The other jeep then gives chase. Murdock closes the side door and Hannibal opens the back door and begins to fire. When he destroys the second jeep, we see it flip over. In the back of the van, Hannibal has changed to Murdock.
When Hannibal and Face are leaving the Floor'em in the open top car, a rear view shows both characters without hats (and also played by stunt doubles and not principal cast), and then the next shot shows Face wearing a hat.
At the end of the episode when the plane is trying to take off on a dirt road runway, but has to stop after being shot at and losing oil pressure, the plane can be seen sitting on a concrete runway or airfield with its propellers winding down. In the next shot it's back on dirt.

There are parts while Boy George is singing that he holds the microphone away from his mouth, but his voice is still heard just the same - indicating lip syncing.
