Skywatch tells the crew of Airwolf that he will scramble a squadron of F-14s to bury the chemical gas if Airwolf doesn't do so. The F-14 is a naval interceptor; not only would it not be based on land, but it would not be armed to attack land targets.
Ms. Santini states that 4 Stinger missiles were fired at the Airwolf. However, the men on the ground were using M72 anti-tank rocket launchers and not Stinger missiles.
About 13 minutes in, the sound heard from the Hughes/MD500 which is a 5 bladed helicopter is wrong. It sounded like a 2-bladed helicopter e.g. a JetRanger.
The engine and caboose have the word "Rail" with tape over the lettering before it. The boxcar has "BCOL" printed on it suggesting this is a "BC Rail" British Columbia train and not in the USA as is implied.
