  Bill Taylor : Not this time. You see these gentlemen are federal marshals and tomorrow I'm being indicted by the grand jury on charges of fraud and embezzlement; after that I go to jail.

  Kelly Taylor : [Shocked and confused]  What? Why?

  Bill Taylor : I'm guilty!
