A Spanish warship led by Captain Rodriquez (Richard Pasco) quickly attacks New Providence.
Under a flag of truce. Rodriquez demands that Governor Beamish is delivered to them or else they will attack.
Captain Tempest is having none of it but the clock is ticking. Beamish slips out followed by Crewman Dickon.
Rodriquez wants Beamish for certain confidential information that he might have been privy to. Britain forging certain alliances against Spain.
Captain Tempest is not to be deterred. He and his crew are on the attack.
Beamish might have started out earlier in the series as a figure of fun. He gets to do some swashbuckling here.
