Superb storyline, acting and aerial action sequences

Bulman is a well received TV series with fine acting, good storylines and filmwork. This episode: A Chicken Among the Baskervilles, is a nod to the Sherlock Holmes detective films. I had a hand in helping behind the scenes as the air scenes filmed using a Stampe Aerobatics biplane were from our airfield at Chipping, Preston for BFGC. I helped swing the prop for possibly Tony Bianchi, the stunt pilot. The hangar and workshop were used in filming. A great climax which I will not spoil but a lot of the lanes and fields around were used in the filming from above the car and aircraft chase scenes. Paul Davies. Aviation Historian.
