Well Done Deadline Case
Hitchcoc22 January 2021
Due to a misunderstanding, Warrick fails to get a search warrant after a rape/murder. The knife used in the assault is thrown out by the judge. He gives the CSI's 24 hours to come up with more evidence. This deadline makes for some good theater and puts the gang's feet to the fire. What happens is there are a couple of things that need to be reinvestigated that were missed the first time. It shows the vulnerability of the evidence and the suspect. The pacing drops off a couple times, but the storytelling is quite good.

The Mistakes
claudio_carvalho30 December 2022
Warrick is testifying in the preliminary trial for the rape and murder of Rachel Lyford based on the evidence of a knife covered in blood found in the car of the suspect Michael Fife. However, the evidence is discarded since Warrick's investigation was carried out without warrant. Michael, who lives in the same building of the victim, was arrested for driving with broken taillight and denies the murder and rape. Now, the whole team is assigned to see new evidences to keep Michael in jail. But the problem is that these new evidences grant Michael's innocence.

"Invisible Evidence" is a great episode of "CSI" with great mistakes. The first when the innocent Michael Fife is accused of rape and murder despite claiming innocence. The second when the knife found in his car with the victim's blood is used as evidence to accuse him. There is also a third mistake that was the disregarding of other evidences in the crime scene. My vote is eight.
