Sort of Dull

There was something about the pacing of this that left me cold. Lot of coincidences and a method of operation that didn't seem logical at times. Greg's antics are so far out that he makes a fool of himself. We also have a professional hit that is being investigated. This was a great show so once in a while there will be a clinker.

So Far, The Weakest Episode
claudio_carvalho2 September 2022
When the body of a woman is found floating in the swimming pool of the mansion of the former successful dancer Portia Richmond, the CSI team is assigned to investigate. Sheriff Brian Mobley presses Grissom, since he was in the house in a charity fund-raise event promoted by Patrick and Amanda Haynes. The couple claims that they met Portia in a trip and she offered her mansion to them, while she was on vacation incommunicable in a yacht in Europe. But soon the CSI's scientists suspect of the story and find evidences of another unsolved cases. Meanwhile, Warrick is assigned for the case of a man murdered in an elevator. He soon learns that it was a typical mafia's hit and it will be a difficult case.

"Table Stakes" so far, the weakest episode of "CSI". The plot with the former dancer has many flaws, and the hit of a man in an elevator is not resolved. Warrick's temptation in the casino is interesting, but open. My vote is seven.
