Phil Silvers And Jean Stapleton
Jimmy_the_Gent426 October 2020
The show begins with Carol singing "Alice Blue Gown" while wearing a fat suit under the gown. Vicki does not appear in this show.

There is a long Q&A. Carol gives a special hello to someone named Becky Morton. A young man in the audience turns out to be the son of a childhood friend of Carol's. Another girl asks her about her belly button.

There is a sketch about two different married couples. Carol is a very attentive wife and husband Phil Silvers doesn't like it. Harvey is married to the lazy and nasty Jean Stapleton. They switch partners at the end.

Jean gets a chance to sing in her own voice on "Losing My Mind", quite unlike Edith Bunker.

There is a salute to TV commercials. Carol and Jean do spoof of Certs and Harvey has a funny one lampooning Joe DiMaggio and Mr Coffee ads.

Carol and Jean play bored housewives on the stoop of their building, they sing a duet "Flings".

The Old Folks talk about their anniversary.

Jean plays an angry women's libber who calls Harvey a sexist pig when he holds the door for her.

The last scene is Silvers playing Sgt Bilko again drilling his team with Harvey and Carol and Jean having their own female drill team. They all sing "Anything You Can Do", "I'm A Woman" and "Allright OK You Win".

Carol reminds us about pollution and says hello to Becky again.
