Norm Peterson gets a job at an accounting firm. He makes it sound posh and exciting. When the gang goes there, he is crammed into a coatroom closet with another guy (a complete ass). Diane tries to talk him into being aggressive and at first he buys into it. But other factors rear their ugly heads.

Norm tells in the bar about the new job of his that is really awesome. Diane organizes them to go and congratulate Norm. Turns out the job isn't all that great Diane pushes Norm to become somebody who goes after success. Norm prepares a proposal to the firm to save money, his office partner steals it. But it turns out to be a horrible proposal and Norm wants to return to being a bench warmer.
Fun episode. I understand Norm, some of us are just happy with a normal and stable job and rather have some beers in the bar instead of making career. He is great as a bench warmer The whole Disney talk about Donald Duck was especially funny in this episode.
