I agree with the last guys comment. The show is like Seinfield. A lot to do about nothing. Bad and strange predicaments and how the lost characters deal with the weirdness. I love the flashback about the belt. The greecer hair and jackets. I bet the missing the Grey Cup due to lost tickets had to happen in real life. I been through missing tickets before. I would feel enclosed living a small town where everyone knows everyone. The dollar store jewelery prove such! In the end, I wonder why they throung in the Lacy part of the show. Maybe a little real life there. People love gossip. I guess you have to be careful who you kiss. 7 out of 10 poges for the Lacy episode.

Season One Review

Although there is only one real Corner Gas classic in this first season in "World's Biggest Thing", the majority of the rest of the episodes are strong enough to make this season a great introduction to our favorite gas station on the prairies. The characters are subtly and nicely developed and on occasion comparisons with "Seinfeld" seem not only reasonable but even deserved. Brent Butt is terrific in the lead role and though there are some weaker actors in the supporting cast, the cast is overall strong, especially Gabrielle Miller and Eric Peterson. The season has a nice 'introductory' sort of feel about it which works just fine.
