Suzy Holmes : [wears Daisy's shirt, hot pants and white high heel court shoes] Daisy, I can't thank you enough for lending me the clothes.

Daisy Duke : [re the bare legs and skimpy attire] I got a hunch Bo and Luke are gonna feel the same way.
Luke Duke : [reach towards back seat for an apple, instead, a girl's arm!] We got company!

Bo Duke : Who are you?

Suzy Holmes : I'm a... a hitchhiker.

Luke Duke : We ain't much in the habit of picking up strangers.

Bo Duke : My name is Bo Duke. This here is my cousin Luke.

Suzy Holmes : Hi. I'm Suzy Holmes.

Bo Duke : Well, Miss Suzy Holmes, now we ain't strangers no more, why don't you make yourself a little more comfortable?

Luke Duke : How did you get in here?

[she glances out the rear window]

Luke Duke : You running away from somebody?

Suzy Holmes : How did you know?

Luke Duke : Well, when we're running away from somebody, we always check over our shoulders, too.

Suzy Holmes : My daddy.
Suzy Holmes : [two girls in getaway car] I must have been crazy to think I could get away from Daddy's men.

[sighs]

Suzy Holmes : Now I've got your whole family in trouble.

Daisy Duke : Do you love Fred?

Suzy Holmes : More than that.

Daisy Duke : Then it's worth it.

[pats her shoulder]

Suzy Holmes : [takes Daisy's hand] Thank you.
