This is another episode that takes place outside of the hospital, this time it is all about Mark and his parents.

I usually like these episodes as they explore the character more and makes us understand more about his life and private emotions, and this one doesn't disappoint.

Anthony Edwards is great in this episode and so are Bonnie Bartlett and John Cullum who play his parents. Great acting on all sides to show so many emotions in their relationships.

We have one struggle of Greene both as a doctor and a son to accept his mother's dementia. And outside of this there are the moments where he and his father get to understand and appreciate each other more in some pretty powerful scenes where we see the realizations as well as the great conversation they had at the end.

In addition to it all Cynthia shows up as well and it leads to a break up. I just said in the last episode that I hope it happens but they also managed to do it in a very good and interesting way.
