Chase gets into the hospital with a heroin overdose and it is uncertain if he will be brain damaged or not. This was a good story since they used a relative of a main character. Was also great to see Carter deal with his cousin trying to save him. As well as his interactions with the family after that.
Was glad to see Cynthia leave the show now as she was not a character I liked but I did like how they managed it. Both the break up episode as well as this one when Mark has to search for her and comes at the end to have the conversation which they arrange so perfectly.
I think the story about the bad kid and the guy with brain problem will continue in the next episode. Can't say I care too much about either, but I think they ca make it more interesting. I really hope they won't turn it to make that brat an abuse victim
