We finally meet Mrs. McCall.
That said, we have a long soap-opera scene between the McCalls, when I'd have been much more interested in a scene between the brothers about more of the consequences of the one brother's defection on the rest of his family.
On the other hand, Scott McCall finally stops being a useless entitled whiner, and gets a real taste of what his father has been doing and has given up. (One consequence of Scott's actions would be hefty limitations as to what countries he'd be allowed to visit in the future.)
