Frank suddenly starts being nice and Ray get suspicious. He asks his mom and Robert about it - and they notice he is acting differently too.

Len Lesser (Uncle Leo from Seinfeld) is in this episode, as Garvin. He cracks me up. Turns out Frank has been winning money off him and another guy from sports bets. Bets he's making after getting tips unknowingly from Ray. So Ray sets his dad up by starting to give him bad tips.

Marie thinks Franks happy because he must be cheating. Frank makes a bad bet and gets mad when he realizes Ray set him up. It turns out Frank's team wins anyways.

It's not the funniest episode. The only time I really laugh out loud this episode is at the very end. Robert gives Frank a tip about a speed trap - but Frank says Ray's already told him. Robert has an outburst - but its hilarious how he does it.
