- A vampire bite on a dead stabbing victim leads to a bizarre investigation of a woman with multiple personalities
- "Let us peel back the layers, let us strip away the last vestages of decorum and civility and reveal our inner selves. It's amateur night at "The Raven", and tonight our amateurs will reveal their inner selves by getting naked!" shouts the Nightcrawler, LaCroix (Nigel Bennett). Watching the show, "Yeah, if shes an amateur, I'm a vegetarian", says Javier Vachon (Ben Bass) to Urs, (Kristin Lehman). After the show, the stripper leaves with Don Eckhart (Edward Jaunz) and found dead the next morning.
Urs slips into her past, recalling her days as a singer where she first met Vachon, who remembers her when she was mortal, innocent and he had been protective of her. Vachon attacks the man hurting Urs, taking his blood. She realizes he is a vampire and isn't afraid of him. "Let me take you away from this," he asked. She begs him to take her in death, but he brought her across.
Vachon believes that Det. Tracy Vetter (Lisa Ryder) sees vampires everywhere. Yet Eckhart has been killed by a female vampire, both Det. Nick Knight (Geraint Wyn Davies) and Vachon believes it's Urs. Relating to the amateur stripper, trapped, Urs follows Ellen (Krista Bridges), the suspect of Eckhart's death. Ellen's alter ego side, Monica, escapes Det. Vetter's custody and Urs confronts Jacqueline, the female vampire of Monica. Knight finds them with Ellen unable to accept her demise, jumps from the top of the building. Urs tells Knight that the only way to save her was death. Vachon listens to Urs as she relates her feeling of being like Ellen/Monica and he tells her he is sorry for what he has done. She forgives him, but...
The power that Ellen was able to function during the day, live as a human, gives both Dr. Natalie Lambert (Catherine Disher) and Knight thoughts to ponder. As Ellen's body lies in the morgue it twitches with movement.
