Guns, Kisses, and New Jobs

This is a bit of a hodgepodge. Frasier gets a kiss from that cold hearted financial expert. Niles almost joins a survivalist group when he gets fascinated with target shooting. Roz gets an opportunity to elevate her career at another radio station. None of these things is earth shattering. I could see the series sort of plodding along. Not bad but with little sparkle.

Well, surprise surprise - all that build up and so called 'comedic romantic tension' between Julia and Frasier builds to a head here. And in the two part series ten finale. Shocking!

I'm not a fan of the character of Julia, I've made that clear in previous reviews, and to be honest it would have been more interesting had 'Frasier' as a show not gone down the route of having him fall for her romantically.

But of course you've got Felicity Huffman (playing a sort of Dana from 'Sports Night' character, only this time without the charm) and I suppose you've got to do something with her.

The Roz storyline (another attempt to up the stakes in the finale) was better, but other than driving the series forward a bit, this wasn't the best outing.

Frasier gets his way with another woman.. A story that comes everytime they introduced a new female cast. I'm pretty sure daphne is the only show regular that he didn't sleep with. Tho, once he did sneak into her room and hide while she undressed and showered.. Niles almost joins a group of militia after going shooting with Martin. Niles and Martin really carried the show in the later series episodes. This episode is funny because of niles and Martin..fraiser leeps onto Julia after spotting that she's vulnerable and that starts another doomed relationship for frasier.
