No Sex Please, We're Skittish

Star writers Christopher Lloyd and Joe Keenan returned for the eleventh and final series of 'Frasier, to steady the ship or set a course for a smooth finale, depending on your view on the quality of the last three years of the sitcom before this.

They don't exactly inherit it back in good form, having to resolve the rather weak Frasier and Roz storyline, and deal with the very annoying Julia character who he was paired up with going into this.

So it's a rather jarring affair, with all these wrongs needing to be put right, but the quality of jokes is certainly improved upon, and there are enough nice moments along the way.

I couldn't decide

Whether this was a 7 or 8 for me.

It feels better than a 7...but also not quite deserving of an 8.

I think I'll go with a 7.

Niles definitely shines in this one. Frasier's story line is just sort of average. Def rewatchable just for the Nile's stuff.

Cute Episode

Frasier's romance with Julia is countered by Roz's fears for him. Roz again has quit her new job (which turned out to be a nightmare anyway) and has become terribly emotional. There are some hilarious scenes in the apartment as Julia is preparing dinner and taking things to the next step. At the same time, Niles goes to a sperm bank where he sold his stuff back in college to make some money. It leads to some interesting developments, including some scientific equipment that leads to some great visuals.

Good but..

Niles carries this episode again. It's another episode that centre's around frasier sleeping with someone then dumping them, again!if they do reboot this show with kesley I hope they steer away from frasier and love because it became really repetitive after a while. Try and count how many woman frasier had dated, slept with, dumped. Always dumping them after sex! For an ageing shrink who's meant to be a hopeless romantic he sure did get around. It became quite tacky. If they make a new frasier with kesley i hope they have settled him down because it is what killed the show off For me. Martin and niles progressed as characters but frasier starts the show single and ends it single with countless gorgeous woman in between.
