Why waste most of the 22 minutes just listening to the 2 brothers arguing, for it to go nowhere? Terrible episode. Just turn it off after Daphne talks about her noisy neighbors, because that was the only good part of the episode.

Frasier is frustrated because he can't seem to finish with his radio subjects. So Niles offers an office next to his that is going to be vacated. Of course, the two of them are so full of themselves, it's a disaster. Frasier butts in on one of Niles' groups and the battle is on. Not the most entertaining episode, almost a throwaway.
