The professor says that when time jumps forward, people continue acting normally but simply have no memory of what happened in-between. If this is the case, why would the group be standing in the stadium at the end of the baseball game, then jump forward in time but still be standing there the next night when the circus has set up? This isn't what they would normally have done if time had passed at regular speed.
Fry is looking out of the window when the explosion happens, and the ship flies away from the black hole, but Fry is still stood at the window. Bender and Leela are not on the bridge so no one could have flown the ship at that time.
