- In Season 4 Episode 10, "The Lazer Blazer", a maid is seen in the home of Maxwell Smart, a secret agent. As part of her duties for a rival organisation, she is instructed to search for a secret weapon under Max's clothing. To do this, she starts stroking his chest in a sexual fashion, lying him down on the couch for a massage. They are implied to start beginning sexual intercourse in a few moments, however the chief of control walks in before they do. No nudity at all.
