The first time Blanche goes on Richard's private plane, he brings out a bottle of champagne. It sounds like he fills three glasses full of champagne, but only two full glasses are shown in the end.
In the previous episode, Blanche tells the other girls that she has a huge fear of flying and that she had never gotten over it. Yet in this episode, Blanche goes on Richard's private plane without any trouble or any mention of her fear. However, she could have gotten over her fear of flying sometime between episodes.
In the final scene the girls are in the bathroom celebrating the successful repair of the bathroom plumbing. Prior to turning on the faucets and flushing the toilet, a significant, steady drip of water from the shower is visible, suggesting the repair was not, after all, completely successful. However, one of the girls could have not turned a shower faucet completely off.
When the toilet is delivered, Sophia scolds Dorothy and Rose for letting the plumber leave. Then, Sophia walks past the toilet on the way out the door. Later on, Sophia enters the kitchen and tells Dorothy that she's a genius for installing the toilet in front of the television set (which is exactly where it was before she left earlier). However, due to Sophia's stroke, she could have just forgotten that the toilet was there before.
Depending on landlord-tenant laws in Florida before February 1986, Blanche most likely bears the ultimate financial responsibility of providing the other three girls a repaired bathroom since she is the landlord and homeowner, so they would have no incentive to chip in on the cost or the labor or getting estimates on either. However, they are friends and have been seen to share expenses in common in other episodes.
