Nick Savage makes another appearance as Belker's collar during the blackout. Various musical instruments including a trumpet and saxophone were confiscated from him. He gives his name as "James" and Belker asks, "Harry?" (Referring to the '40s band leader and trumpeter Harry James) The suspect instead replies with "Dorsey." Jimmy Dorsey was another big band leader and saxophonist. It's revealed on a later episode that his first name IS actually James. James Logan.
The title, "Here's Adventure, Here's Romance" is the beginning words from the TV show 'Cisco Kid' intro.
Buck Naked makes another appearance.
Toward the end of the episode, the judge quotes an introduction from "The Lone Ranger," and the defendant before the judge is trying to pass as The Cisco Kid. George D. Wallace, who is playing the judge, played Commando Cody, the protagonist in several similar TV and movie serial productions that were popular at the same time as the two westerns. Commando Cody's trademark was a suit and helmet that allowed him to fly.
