Jack and the IRS

After some much-needed practice playing his violin, Jack is startled by a visit from the US Collector of Internal Revenue. Recovering from faint, Jack learns IRS men Harold Gould and Bill Quinn are certain his deductions are incorrect and he may be owed a refund, since he's declared only $19 spent on entertainment. The year before, Jack spent a more extravagant $28, due to a trip to Las Vegas. After noticing Jack spent $3.90 taking Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Stewart to dinner in Beverly Hills, the IRS men are advised to visit the neighboring actor. Stewart is surprised Jack spent "that much" money and recalls, in flashback, the $3.90 dinner...
