When Kung Fu series was in planning stage in the far off 1971, Bruce Lee tried hard to get the main role, however the producers were afraid to dealing for a super ego star and foreseeing a stormy ambience on the set, therefore they have chosen a still unknown David Carradine to play an unruffled Chinese priest, such role boosted his career into stardom, in Close Circle Kwai Chang Caine reached on the end of the road after an exaustive journey to find out his half-brother.
It's a great episode, even so a slight far-fetched offering and many mismatches mainly over the Gen. Cantrell on dubious behavior concerning Danny Caine whom he is willing to kill him to get Zeke for himself, worst having in mind his legitimate son Tiger from an inter-r.a.ci.a.l relationship with a Indian native, keep it in secret between them, meanwhile the half-b.r.e.e.d Tiger just want Cantrell's surname, since he is the better choice to manage a large farm, also Zeke even has been promised keep there, is too blatant his distress on so lush environment.
An amiable final episode concerning family Caine, strangely it wasn't the final journey for our hero, he gets back on the road once more, as he reminds over an advice from master Po if he reaches in split road, which side he must go, left one, or right one? Well the wisdom master said that whichever he choose, both will take him to your destiny.
