  Dr. George Huang : And he's decompensating. Any more stress, he'll go into a psychotic break and he'll never talk. He needs medication.

  Elliot Stabler : How fast can you make it happen?

  Dr. George Huang : I'll make some calls. Any luck, he'll be able to talk tomorrow morning.

• Dr. George Huang : [to Stabler]  I got a call from Novak. I told her the injection didn't harm Kevin and he's right where he belongs.

  Elliot Stabler : I'm sure you didn't come all the way up here at this time of night just to tell me that.

  Dr. George Huang : No. Martha Davis, age 45. Lived in the room next to Kevin at Jackson Manor.

  Elliot Stabler : And I thought I was going to have to go through every obituary on the Internet. How did you find out about Jackson Manor?

  Dr. George Huang : A friend at the Health Department.

  Elliot Stabler : This friend of yours know how a place like that could run out of medication?

  Dr. George Huang : You know, the good adult homes help schizophrenics lead productive lives, but the bad ones, the flophouses, just provide minimum care while their owners line their pockets with government money.

  Elliot Stabler : So instead of drugs for their patients, they use the money to buy themselves Mercedes.

• Randall Haber : [as he's being arrested]  You're making a mistake. My wife is on the city council.

  Elliot Stabler : Really? That's great. Tell you what? We're gonna make a phone call, see if she wants to join you when we parade your sorry ass in front of the TV cameras.

• Elliot Stabler : Randall Haber, you're now under arrest for the murders of Lester Hale and Martha Davis.

  Randall Haber : Murder? Martha Davis committed suicide.

  Elliot Stabler : We exhumed her body. She died of severe heatstroke.

  Kevin Walker : Because you told them not to turn on her air conditioning.

  Randall Haber : A jury's gonna believe him? He murdered that grocer in cold blood.

  Elliot Stabler : Which only happened because you withheld his medication and kicked him out on the street. That makes you responsible for Lester Hale's death.

• Elliot Stabler : It's not coercion.

  Dr. George Huang : You pushed Kevin into a psychotic rage so I would drug him and you could coerce his confession.

  Elliot Stabler : I did what I had to do to save that boy.

  Dr. George Huang : Great. What are you gonna do next? Bash in people's skulls to make 'em talk?

  Elliot Stabler : Your way Adam wouldn't have been found until he starved to death.

  Donald Cragen : All right, that's enough, both of you.

  [to Huang] 

  Donald Cragen : Did the medication hurt Kevin?

  Dr. George Huang : No.

  Donald Cragen : Then what's the harm?

  Dr. George Huang : Unless a court forces him to, it's Kevin's choice whether to take it. We don't have the right to make that decision for him.

  Elliot Stabler : Do me a favor. Stop treating this perp like a patient.

  Dr. George Huang : He became my patient the second I gave him that injection.

  Elliot Stabler : Do me a favor. Start thinking about the victims here: the kid he kidnapped, the two people he stabbed. They're your victims, Doc. Not Kevin.

  Dr. George Huang : You made Kevin a victim and I'm gonna testify on his behalf if this goes to trial which Kevin will win since you handed the defense its case.

  Elliot Stabler : How did I do that?

  Dr. George Huang : They're gonna make you say that he wasn't rational until he was medicated which means he's not responsible for his actions before then. You get it now?

• Casey Novak : [to Stabler after Kevin has an outburst in court]  What the hell was Kevin talking about?

  Elliot Stabler : I have no idea.

  Casey Novak : So it has nothing to do with whatever you got me to cover up?

  Elliot Stabler : I'm not covering up anything.

  Casey Novak : I put my ass on the line for you when I pled Kevin out. Now he's lucid, screaming about someone killing Martha...

  Elliot Stabler : Well, I'm telling you, I don't know who this Martha is.

  Casey Novak : You better find out. If there's been another murder in this case, I'm holding you responsible and your dirty little secret's going on the record.
