In the one of the last shots, Monique Jeffries says to Odafin Tutuola "Well, try my side of the moment", and then she turns and walks away. In the next shot you can see Tutuola as if he's watching her walk away, but on the edges of the screen you can see Jeffries' hair and part of her hand holding Tutuola's necklace. There's also someone else (possibly Olivia Benson) suddenly standing to his left. However, on the dvd version no such error occurs.

One of the police officers on the committee (the one on the far right end) has error's on his uniform. He is wearing the rank insignia of a Captain (two gold bars) on his collar and shoulder, yet is wearing the badge of a Deputy Chief. If he were a Captain he would be wearing the same style of badge that Cragen wears and if he were a Deputy Chief he would be wearing a single star on his collar and shoulder.
When Stabler and Benson start to search the car, Stabler says "I got blood, open it!" The police officer then jimmy's the drivers door, opens the door and pushes the trunk button under the dash. The officer is not wearing gloves even though Benson and Stabler are.
Even in the 'unenlightened' late 1990's, awareness of workplace decorum and the concept of a 'hostile work environment' was prevalent enough to have caused the lingerie-clad, female, desk-top figurine on Munch's desk to be deemed inappropriate and thoroughly unacceptable, especially given the sensitive nature of the work done in the SVU.
